I did help a lot of home remedies to cure hair loss and read in most mixtures “is” the hot oil, but they do not mention such Ö hot I mean? So what are the options? I also that hair goes through stages and read is the last “fall” for how long this phase lasts exactly happened?

It conditions the hair but there is nothing that can prevent natural hair loss. My hair tends to grow more slowly in cooler weather and much like trees losing their leaves, my period of loss lasts about as long as autumn. It picks up again in spring.
